Tyndall Air Show 2004

Here are the forms that need to be completed and sent to:

dd form 2400   + dd form 2401  and dd form 2402

 

Completed forms should be Faxed to SSgt Dickey, since his office (Base Operations) is processing them.  They will also need the originals, signed in BLUE ink, which you can mail to the following address:

The fax number at Base Ops is 283-2075,   Their voice number is 283-4244. 
 
If you are unable to mail the originals in on time, you can bring the originals with you when you fly in, and they will accept the fax copy on a temporary basis.  In the past, they were accepting just the fax copies, but they found in the regulations that they are required to accept only the originals.

I'm sure Tyndall will again require all arrivals No Later Than
Friday evening and departures AFTER the show on Sunday and before noon on monday.
Last year we were able to leave right after the show and fly
 cross country to the PFN airport.

Last, please contact me ASAP to say you may attend.
Send the paperwork now even if you have to back out at the last minute.
